Mama Dishes respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. We review properly submitted notices alleging copyright infringement.
Submitting a copyright complaint
A notice should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, including the relevant URL.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
Counter-notice
A person whose material was removed may submit a legally sufficient counter-notice identifying the removed material, stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, consenting to the appropriate federal jurisdiction where required, and providing complete contact information.
Repeat infringers
Where appropriate, we may restrict or terminate access by users involved in repeated infringement.
Designated agent
If the operator seeks the protections available under 17 U.S.C. § 512 for qualifying user-generated content, complete and maintain a registration with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish matching agent information here:

Implementation Checklist
- Complete these items before the pages go live.
- Replace every bracketed placeholder.
- Use the real legal operator; do not list a fictional author as the business owner.
- Remove any service or affiliate program that the Site does not actually use.
- Run a cookie scan and complete the cookie inventory.
- Configure the consent banner so non-essential scripts are blocked where required.
- Add an affiliate disclosure near affiliate links and at the top of relevant posts.
- Add the Amazon Associates statement only if enrolled.
- Add a valid business postal address to commercial newsletter emails.
- Link Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms, Disclaimer, Disclosure, and DMCA pages in the footer.
- Create a visible cookie-settings link and privacy-choice mechanism where required.
- Review the pages whenever plugins, analytics, advertising, email, or affiliate tools change.
- Have a qualified lawyer review the completed pages for the actual operator and jurisdictions.
